Behind the Scenes of Star Wars: The Original Trilogy ILM Special Effects Makers
Posted for those interested in sci-fi concept design work ... people making movies today should take note. The scenes with the speeder at the beginning of this video also show how a realistic full sized model works excellently on film. The attention to detail in the original Star Wars film, taking into account a certain robust aesthetic, and a worn look, should never be forgot.
