Doctor Who: Horror of Fang Rock [Modern] Trailer

I like Old School Dr Who much better than the new series because it was much more serious and had less wide-eyed mushy-gushy moments. There was an edge to the show. It was creepy and, at times, horrifying. There was no "escape" from this reality whereas now we face overly dramatic monologs that grate (more than anything we might have faced before !). I just can't get onboard with the new glossy look, and the lame in-your-face sense of wonder now being pushed.

Ok, the original song was by the band Dawn. I'm not sure who is singing this version. It might be Dawn, or one of many other covers. I picked this music clip only because I liked it more than the others out there (at present). The original Dawn song/film clip can be found here.

I think this track might have been used on the TV show Lost, hence its inclusion here ... (chosen for all those who may have romantic sensibilities !)

ANITA SPRING-BLINK (STAY A LITTLE LONGER)

the song is much better than the clip I recon. She's over acting at the start of the clip. I'd have her less animated, the song and the words get the message out enough.
