"SP FX: The Empire Strikes Back" was a television documentary special which originally aired on CBS on September 22, 1980 in the United States.
A much watched and excellent Special Effects documentary. However, this doco is more than just a run through of SPFX, it really zeros in on what it means to be captivated by imaginative sci-fi movie making. Essential viewing. Great.

Soundtrack suite from "Fright Night Part 2" (1988)
This is a soundtrack suite with music from the film "Fright Night Part 2" (1988) composed by Brad Fiedel (Terminator, Terminator 2, True Lies, The Serpent and the Rainbow).
This soundtrack was never released, the music in this vídeo was recorded directly from the movie (including dialogue and sound effects).
I hope this score gets properly released someday.

Perhaps the best Pirate Movie ever made, full of ideals, featuring ideas about logic, deception, self sacrific, friendship, with Leonard Nimoy as Spock. I put up this short clip in tribute to Nimoy because it has a favourite quote, right near the beginning ... "He is intelligent but not experienced. His pattern indicates two dimensional thinking."
